ASEAN is one of the multilateral tourism cooperation frameworks in which Viet Nam participates most expansively and effectively. Viet Nam has signed bilateral tourism cooperation agreements with all ASEAN member countries, effectively implementing many short-term and long-term cooperation programmes. ASEAN is one of the most important markets and partners of Viet Nam. At the same time, multilateral cooperation within the framework of ASEAN also plays an important role in Viet Nam's international tourism cooperation.
