supervision by state management agencies, built for the purpose of:

conveniently interact with partners and management agencies.
- Tourist support: Helping visitors easily access up-to-date and reliable information about
businesses and products and services; Many different platforms support ordering products and

2. The participation and activities of all Members on the Vietnam Tourism Golden Page must be
carried out in accordance with this Regulation and absolutely comply with the provisions of
Vietnamese law.
3. Members participating in the Vietnam Tourism Golden Page operate under the principle of
freedom of agreement on the basis of respecting the legitimate rights and interests of the
parties and complying with the provisions of Vietnamese law. Members are committed to receiving
information, actively coordinating, providing authentic evidence for handling related
reflections and complaints (if any)
4. The information provided by members on the Vietnam Tourism Golden Page must be transparent,
accurate and complete. Members are responsible before law for the content of the information
provided. Information related to products, services, promotional activities introduced and
promoted by service providers on Vietnam Tourism Golden Page and service providers... fully
satisfy the conditions (if any) as prescribed by law and be allowed to do business and circulate

1. Process for suppliers

If there is a change in the type of offer as well as the value of the offer, the service
provider can update it on the Admin page. Update the offer again in the order of numbering the
photos below for each type of offer and finally select the "UPDATE OFFER" button to update the
offer successfully.
* Step 6: Post product and service introductions
The service provider performs the post following basic steps:
- The service provider selects the item with the name of the registered type of travel, selects
"Post waiting for approval" and then selects the button "Add new posts" to post information and

- Posts posted by the service provider are transferred to "Posts waiting for approval"

2. Process for visitors/service users

Traveler must coordinate and provide the necessary authentication evidence.

Service Providers and Tourists are responsible for receiving information, actively responding
to, and properly handling complaints and concerns arising from the development. generated during
the transaction between the Service Provider and the Traveler in order to harmonize the
legitimate interests of the two parties.
If the two parties cannot agree to resolve it by themselves, the Vietnam Tourism Golden Pages
supports the transfer of feedback and complaints to the competent agency for handling to ensure
the legitimate interests of the parties.
