6. Organizational structure of Vietnam Tourism Golden Pages

1. This principle applies to all organizations and individuals participating in the Vietnam Tourism Golden Page.

3. The criteria for joining the Vietnam Tourism Golden Page are the basic criteria that service providers need to ensure to meet in order to be eligible to register to join the Vietnam Tourism Golden Page , including 6 basic criteria:

1. Process for suppliers

If the service provider has a need and considers it suitable to join the Vietnam Tourism Golden Page, the service provider shall register:

- Select "Register"

- Select "Yes" with the criteria to join the Vietnam Tourism Golden Page and select the "Register" button.

- Enter your phone number or email to register. Select the “Continue” button.

- After checking the phone number or email information, the service provider account does not exist on the system, ask to create a password for the account. Enter the password and select the “Register” button.

- Enter the OTP code sent to your registered phone number or email. Select the “Accept” button

- Upon successful account registration, a pop-up message "Registration successful" will be displayed.

* Step 3: Sign in

- After the user successfully registers a new Yellow Page account, the system automatically logs in to the Yellow Pages

- Account: Registered phone number/email, enter the password set up at registration and select the "Login" button

* Step 4: Update the service provider information

- For newly registered accounts, when successfully logging in, the yellow page will display a pop-up message to update unit information and the "Agree" button will return to the unit information update screen.

- If there is a change or additional information is needed, the service provider may update on the Admin Page.

* Step 5: Update offers for tourists and guides

If there is a change in the type of offer as well as the value of the offer, the service provider can update it on the Admin page. Update the offer again in the order of numbering the photos below for each type of offer and finally select the "UPDATE OFFER" button to update the offer successfully.

* Step 6: Post product and service introductions

The service provider performs the post following basic steps:

- The service provider selects the item with the name of the registered type of travel, selects "Post waiting for approval" and then selects the button "Add new posts" to post information and photos or videos introducing products and services.

- Posts posted by the service provider are transferred to "Posts waiting for approval"

- After the post is censored by the Admin, the post is displayed on the trangvangdulichvietnam.vn website and in the admin page (admin.trangvangdulichvietnam.vn) the post is transferred to "Approved post".

2. Process for visitors/service users

When there is a need to access reliable information about reputable service providers and quality tourism products, visitors should do it on the Vietnam Tourism Golden Page according to the following steps:

Visitors can choose to log in in one of two ways:
- Option 1: Log in with the card number of the Smart Travel Card under the program "Vietnamese card - One country card"

I. ENSURING INFORMATION SECURITY AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
